Precision visible optics are offered as build-to-print OEM components from our partners WZW Optic and Rochester Precision Optics (RPO).

With highly specialized production methods, WZW can manufacture optics ranging in size from 0.5 to 450 mm. They have solid experience in UV optics from 193 nm and up for demanding applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, as well as in visible optics and near-infrared optics for telecommunication wavelengths.

WZW can achieve surface accuracy down to lambda/40 with their state-of-the-art super polishing and magneto-rheological finishing (MRF) machine from QED Technologies.

​

For quality control and quality assurance interferometers routinely used includes Zygo-New View, Fisba and Kugler. The production, test facilities and management processes are ISO9001:2008 certified.

RPO provides a broad range of excellence in traditional optics utilizing state of the art full Computer-Numerically Controlled (CNC) equipment to perform CNC lens grinding, polishing and centering.

By utilizing the newest technology RPO provides cost effective lens fabrication. They also have a large selection of glass types in stock for rapid prototyping at affordable prices.

Both WZW and RPO have vast knowledge and experience in making sophisticated opto-mechanical systems and complex optical cemented subassemblies.
