Monocrom is a European manufacturer of diode laser modules, high power lasers, and diode laser bar arrays using patented clamping technology.
The unique clamping technology fixes the diode arrays mechanically without soldering. This gives higher output power, longer lifetime, minimized “smile” and high durability against temperature stress.
An example of Monocrom’s flexibility and competence is a collaboration with ESA resulting in an extremely small high power laser being developed and manufactured by Monocrom that will be sent off to the planet Mars on one of ESA’s exploratory missions.
