Optonyx can deliver hundreds of different catalog BrightLine fluorescence filters with short leadtime. BrightLine filters offer extremely high transmission, steep and well-defined edges, and outstanding blocking between the passbands for best results. We can provide complete fluorescence filter sets, with or without filter cubes, and if you choose a cube you will get the cube and filters assembled. Of course you will also find bandpass filters, dichroic beamsplitters, edge and notch filters as separate components. All of the above are available as single-line or multiband filters for FISH or FRET microscopy.

It is known that high performance optical filters can increase the signal, or brightness, attained by a microscope or other instrument. They can reduce the background that comes from sample and instrument autofluorescence outside the emission band. And they can reduce excitation light noise, or stray and scattered light from the excitation source. By choosing the right filters one can achieve the best possible intensity and signal-to-noise ratio, giving the brightest image or fastest measurement.
